My brother bought a pistol from them, we went back a week later to buy ammunition and shoot it and the guy behind the counter acted like a total p rick. Wouldn't let us use our own ammo, said we had to buy it from them for ""liability issues"".
Ran into this same garbage when I took a friend of mine there to shoot several months later. I've been shooting for almost 20 years and just wanted to give my friend a basic run down on gun safety. We even rented one of their guns and bought ammo from them. Then it was ""Y'all can't shoot today, we don't have a ranger officer"" when we had seen several people check in to go shooting and could hear them shooting in the range.
Wouldn't even refund the ammunition we bought from them.
Save yourself the trouble and go down to Nick's guns at Barrett pkwy and Canton hwy.
Cons: Rude, horrible customer service, and useless
