I honestly can't see how anyone would this place a bad review. I tend to be on the high maintenance side, and only expect the best for my pets.
I have 3 cats and have been bringing them here for about 4 months. The reception area isn't the fanciest, but it's always clean and the office help is always pleasant and friendly.
My opinion is, is that it's more important to receive excellent care at a good price, than it is to walk into a well-decorated lobby. It's not a large office, it's small and personal and that's why they have such great prices on things that would normally cost an arm and a leg.
The dr. there is kind and honest. A little hard to understand sometimes because he has an accent, but it's well worth listening a little harder because he is sincere.
My cats have received nothing less than superb care and treatment, and he has successfully healed 2 flesh wounds and 1 illness from two of my cats.
They also offer a discount vaccine clinic on certain days that have saved me alot of money.
If you choose to look at other veterinarians through rose-colored glasses because they awe you with their fancy offices and multiple employees, then you are wasting money on the same care they would receive there as they would here.
After the surgery my cat had here today, my mind has been made up on this place. Not only do they care about you the owner, but they care about about your pet, too. And to me, that's worth more than money can buy.
