Review content:
I had a tire with a slow leak and didn't know if I needed a new tire or just a repair. I'd had good experiences at Discount Tire in other cities, though I hadn't been to the Draper location before. Wow--their service even exceeded my positive expectations. I was treated exceptionally well from the moment I drove up until I left. I had barely gotten out of my car when one of the employees walked over to greet me. He asked what I needed and immediately looked at the tire. We then went inside and he explained my options. He suspected all I needed was a repair (not a whole new tire), which turned out to be correct. Then he gave me my choice of a paper or electronic invoice. Fantastic! I chose electronic. A green alternative AND less clutter for my house :) After a short wait, he returned and showed me the metal fragment that had been causing the slow leak. A short time later, another employee checked with me to make sure I'd been updated. The cost was $5 for a valve kit. That was it. No upselling, no hidden costs. When the repair was complete, I walked out of the store to find my car had been parked right there in front of the door. In my opinion, you can't go wrong at Discount Tire. And you'll get exceptionally great service at the Draper location.
