Very friendly until you're a resident, then all the niceness disappears. Tabitha Casias, Property Manager is defensive, and even combative. Comcast service only, don't even think about Qwest for any service. My year over year rates has gone up 20%, for my 1 bedroom unit. Pet excrement all over the property grounds. Staffs In-ability to follow simple directions like; I will be out of state for a month, Please don't place any notes on the door because I don't want the appearance of not being home, presents safety risks in my opinion. Noise from neighbors is much higher (in my opinion) than other places I have lived. 2 month notice if your not going to renew. I am shocked at the lack of personal emotion demonstrated from staff. They have effectively lost the human element from the leasing office. When I called to provide notice of my desire for non-renewal of my lease, no effort was made to retain my business, and I was told that, ???We are a business, and we need to make as much money as we can, someone would be willing to pay the rate for my unit. I have been a resident of this community for 2 years now. My rent 2 years ago was $860 for the same apartment that is now $1240 or a 40% increase over 2 years. I am a huge fan of capitalism, and I understand supply & demand, pricing your product out of range from your current tenants is just bad business. A very dissatisfied tenant
