Businiess name:  Little Dipper Swim School

Review content:
I thought a family run swim school was the way to go, but problem after problem later I no longer feel that way. No one answers the phone and they only return calls on Mondays so there is no way to get questions answered in a hurry. Class locations have been changed without notice so that I show up to an empty pool and can't call to find out where to go? We showed up to a lesson a few weeks ago only to learn we had a new teacher, that our old teacher was no longer teaching on that day, but no one thought we needed to know that. When I finally received a Monday return phone call to discuss these problems, I was told ""I just answer the phone. I can't control what the teachers do."" So who do the teachers work for, I wonder? To make matters worse, I have had numerous problems with billing on what should have been an auto bill account. Yet, when I tried to contact someone to remedy the problem, my communications went unanswered. Six months later, when the problem was finally fixed, I was told that they were trying to do me a ""favor"" by waiting to bill my account. If you decide to use this school, you better make sure you have lots of time on your hands for the various problems. Pros: Warm water Cons: Poorly run business
