I was misdiagnosed and overtreated for the simple mole I had and was left with scars after I was reassured twice there would be no scarring. It would have been less noticeable to leave it alone but then they wouldn't be able to send me the $600 bill.
For a common rash condition, I was given unnecessary cortisone injections which are known to have no effect on the common condition I have. Not to mention, they are toxic.
A follow up with a different dermatologist brought honesty in telling me there is no treatment.
Belle Meade went ahead and did unnecessary cortisone injections, labs and treatments leaving me with scars and a large and unexpected bill.
The person treating me was barely 20 years old, obviously inexperienced, and I would not recommend this clinic.
