I chose this body shop because I found it online, and it was close by to my apartment (Studio City, just north of Ventura on Woodman). I wasn't really sure what to expect, but my insurance was paying for it so I just went with the closest shop. They went ahead and called a car rental company for me to pick me up from the shop after I dropped off my car--that was really nice.
My insurance was paying for the damage on the driver's side of the car, but I had some previous scratches and dings on other parts of the car as well. He asked me if I wanted to get those fixed too, and I said no just because I didn't want to spend any extra money. He was polite and not pushy which I appreciated. He told me it would take about 2 weeks, but they were done in a week and a half!
When I went in to pick it up, I almost didn't recognize the car because they washed the car and I didn't see the scratches and dings anymore. I was worried thinking, ""I thought I said no to those fixes... uh oh."" But then he told me they fixed it at no extra charge--WOW. I will be coming back for sure! The car looks great, the work was done quickly, and the people were a pleasure to work with.
