I'd always been a bit skeptical about hairdressers who do both cut and color. I'd find they were really colorists who also cut or stylists who did color on the side...and they were way better at one than then other. But Isabell is really terrific at both and that's a big advantage because she brings a total vision to your hair. Plus, since it is in her nature to be warm and generous and accommodating, I can pop in for a roots touch-up and ask her to tweak my bangs or snip a layer or two where my hair is starting to hang a little heavy, or give me an on-the-spot lesson in how to get my ends to flip up. She is FLEXIBLE and also honest (No, you don't need a cut yet), which are great gifts in a stylist. It's also a gift to find a salon with a low-key neighborhood vibe and top-notch talent. Plus, the products they use have the most fantastic scents!
