The tech came out and diagnosed the problem. We paid our $95. He said we needed a new belt and that it was not covered by warranty. The cost would be $300. We found out that the belt was covered. Received a replacement belt from Landice. But, the tech never came back. He cancelled appointments and never showed up for a reschedule. I feel that once he found out that the belt was free, he didn't want to come back. Use someone else. Save your money and your sanity. This is not a professionally ran company.
