After having almost a dozen treatments at another reputable center in the city, I finally had enough with spending so much and not seeing a major improvement. This old center kept giving me the excuse ""some people require more treatments"", ok I can understand that but not twice as much. I was explaining to my cousin how horrible my results were and she recommended to get in touch with Gentle Touch, her friend was going their for her legs and bragged about her results.
I gave them ago and was very impressed with my phone conversation. I was explaining my results and they place I was going to. They told me the center actually has a nice machine but most likely wasn't familiar with the setting or wasn't experienced enough. I decided to come in and speak with them face to face. I was expected a fancy spa but it is actually a normal medical office. This was a little more comforting because the old place was just some spa looking place, didn't seem to professional. I actually met with the owner, Mark, and he is so passionate and knowledgeable about his business. He gave me a patch test to show me how the hairs would shed, something this other place never did. A few weeks later I noticed the hairs falling out and not coming back. I never saw this at the other place. I came back in and immediately started my treatments with them.
It has been about 6 months now and what a world of a difference. The customer service is so much better and especially the results. I am completely smooth and I never thought I would ever get these results. I owe my smooth skin to the team at Gentle Touch, thank you soo much!
