Review content:
The place I had was pretty nice and a good price. I did not stay long enough to see if the rent increased. The parking lot is sufficient, but the spots are marked a little small, often a tight fit. I seldom heard the neighbors, except the ones that were trying to annoy me. The management seemed pretty good to me. I only needed something from them once and they took care of it right away. I never had any other problems, the place seemed rather well maintained. Overall I would reccomend it for college students that want to be far enough away from campus to avoid the noise there.
