I cannot say enough positives about this practice! This team of vets, techs, and office staff are truly a refreshing change in what is the "business" of pet health care! They listen to you, no matter how much time it takes, until you are clear about all the possibilities, and the process feels comfortable. They educate without judging. They are all pet lovers--and it shows, you feel it in all they do, and how they do it. The latest in technologies, with a very people friendly approach makes this group of professionals the place you want to be for all the great things that come with pet ownership, and also the group you want beside you when you come upon that rough spot. Drs. Rutman, Culek, Askew and Mendlowitz and their staff always seem to consistently under promise and then over deliver well beyond what has become the professional standard in this area!
