I have been taking my Nissan to Rich for over a year now with it's various minor but often technical problems as it logs over 200,000 miles. He is honestly the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. I was prompted to write this review today after reviewing my awful experience calling a local transmission shop to get some slightly custom work done. I then reluctantly called Rich, knowing how swamped he was with his brother who works with him, being out on medical leave, and the fact that I consider him "Mr. OEM", not wanting to get dragged into my projects. Unlike the other guys, he respected the fact that I did my research and knew what I was doing and is willing to work with me and see what we can do.
Pros: Professional, Thorough, Knowledgeable, Honest
Cons: Sometimes comes at a higher price
