Review content:
We purchased 4 new Big O brand tires before moving to Utah. Within 2 years, we started having problems, one tire was wearing out faster then the rest - yes, we rotated and balanced them evey 3000 or so miles (free service from Big O) - another tire had a nail in it and the other two were showing excessive wear on them - when I went into the store - I was able to upgrade to the new design of the same tire (twice the tread warranty) and get all 4 tires replaced for the cost of 2. - Not only were we able to get a great deall, but the tires were in stock and put on within an hour!! You guys ROCK!!! We will always continue to do business with Big O!!
