I have been affiliated with the Barking Lot in Richmond for many years. I would not trust my dogs or cats to cared for by any other grooming shop in Richmond. In business for over 20 years, Steve Boschen, the owner, is very knowledgeable about all dog breeds and has a wonderful practical approach to finding the best haircut for your pet that fits both the pet's personality, needs and lifestyle. Honest, fair and reasonable, the Barking Lot does what is best for your pet rather than what is best for their pocketbook.
Pros: Centrally located in the city
Cons: Parking can be tricky during the morning rush.
