I have been going to the Barking Lot with my dog for about 8 years. I have had wonderful experiences with the employees. They give excellent service and are always helpful when it comes to the care of my dog. My dog has a bad back and they are always extra careful to ensure that he is treated well. I am not sure where the negative comments are coming from in some of the other reviews, but I really find it impossible that any of the comments are true. I highly recommmend the Barking Lot to all my friends with pets. You are the best in the Richmond metro area. Many thanks!
