Very disappointed in this kennel. My dog was there for three weeks. When I got her home I noticed numerous scabs around her shoulders and very thin hair. It seems she was left in a harness that was too small the entire time...or maybe there was some sort of scuffle(fight). Never the less, when I called to question it, they said they had no idea(of course). I too, agree with a previous review about the lack of customer service and poor attitude at the front desk. The young girls working there seem to be there for one reason...a pay check. The facility is surely not a "pamper your pet" atmosphere, which I am ok with. You get what you pay for, but I never thought my pup would come home with injuries. I will not return!!! If you are looking for affordability and not concerned with "looks" of the facility, I would recommend Pet Paradise on Oblate. It is owned by two very caring gentlemen who have many pets of their own and are in the business for all the right reasons....to take great care of your pet!!!!
