If I could give this place a negative rating I would! I would not recommend this rental center to anyone! You will be lucky if you have a car when you get there to pick it up. Three times I have tried to rent cars from this location and all three times they did not have a car for me when I went to pick it up. The last two times I was supposed to be excited because they were going to give me a free up grade to a pickup truck. They did not take into consideration that it might rain and my luggage might get wet.. All the manager could say was sorry we don't have anything else. Twice I called for reservations and spoke to someone in the office. The third time I went on line and made reservations and then called the office to verify my reservations. All three times I did not get a car. You would think I would have learned after the first time. If you need a car rental in the Millington area use AVIS its located by Star Bucks.
