WHAT THEY WONT TELL YOU IS THAT THEY WONT FIX ANYTHING EVERYTHING IS YOUR PROBLEM, PLUMBER SAYS ITS NEEDS A NEW TOLIET , THEY WONT PROVIDED GRASS SEEDS, WONT FIX BROKEN FENCE GATE, A MAN ALMOST GOT BEATIN TO DEATH THE REPLACED THE CARPET BUT THERE IS STILL A STAIN ON THE FIRE PLACE FROM IT. RUST STAINS ON KITCHEN FLOOR WONT CLEAN IT UP. IT LOOKS LIKE THAT FLOOR HAD NEVER BEEN MOPPED BEFORE. THE DUPLEX IS TRASHY AND HAD I NOT NEEDED A PLACE TO STAY I WOULD HAVE NEVER RENTED THERE.
