I've been to a lot of car dealers over the years but for the past 4 years I wouldn't even consider another dealership. I originally emailed the dealer for a price quote and I got a call back from John Gatto. This was my first time using the Internet to try and buy a car. I won't bore you with the details but not only did I get a fantastic deal on the car but the paperwork, financing and demonstration of my focus was completed at a level I've never experienced before. I've since been back several times and just last year leased an new Lincoln for my wife. The service has never let me down. The people there are professional and courteous (though I don't know them by name they always seem to remember me) and there are a lot of nice little accommodations there like wifi, coffee and a nice sitting area while I'm waiting for an oil change. I shouldn't forget to say that Ford also makes a great product. We are very happy with our two Ford cars.
