Review content:
The first time I walked into a Shane Company (not this one) to browse, I thought the poor customer service was unique to that location. Having gone into this location ready to purchase, I was shocked and dismayed to find that while the staff is all ready and willing to talk to you when you walk in the door, when it comes to actually helping you, they are sadly lacking. After being told that what I wanted couldn't be done, rather rudely, I went to another local jeweler who not only confirmed that what I wanted could be done, they provided it along with excellent customer service. I will never set foot in another Shane Company and will not be looking to them for any of my jewelery needs.
