We are so glad we chose to stay in Julian at the Butterfield B&B. We had a wonderful time. My wife and I spent 3 lovely days here. The room was excellent, clean, and had great country decor. Dawn and Ed were excellent hosts - we had everything we wanted and more. I?m a morning and breakfast person. Always looked forward walking to the gazebo, seeing what delicious meal was prepared especially for us. The breakfasts were amazing! And both Ed and Dawn were very friendly during breakfast. As this was our first time in a B&B, we weren't too sure what to expect, but found it easy to keep to ourselves when we wanted to or roam the paths and relax in the many areas around the property. The location was also great. Again our hosts excelled at giving us great recommendations for where to go for wine tasting or food.
