My dog has been a patient here ever since she was young. We took her in to get all the initial puppy things done, and everything went fine. My dog is now a couple years old and luckily has not had any major or minor health issues so we have not been having to take her in often, just for her yearly shots or checkups. I had heard other people say that this place tries to sell you unnecessary medication, but I didn't notice, just they wanted to sell me ear cleaner or different kind of heartworm but it all seemed to make sense. Until we were told by the vet about what sounded like a serious health issue. We make an appointment. 2 hours after our appointment was scheduled, we see the vet for 5 mins and he says she has allergies and just needs to flush her eyes. Then he decides he wants to biopsy a small bump that we had already been told was benign. We asked why, he stated reasons that all indicated that the bump was benign, like we knew. When we stated that we had already been through this and there was no need for the biopsy, the vet seemed to be slightly taken and backed off. Pros: A couple of nice receptionists Cons: Seems to be pushing unnecessary medical expenses
