Review content:
In my opinion Wiggly Tails has one job: keep my dog safe while I am away. They completely failed in every way possible. We received a phone call at 7 am on Thanksgiving morning from a woman who had found my dog soaking wet in a gas station. We dashed to pick him up, delaying our trip out of town. We were so thankful that someone found him and that he had managed to safely cross Willow Road (extremely busy). When we returned to Wiggly Tails to pick up his bed and food, the workers didn?t know who he was and had not noticed he was missing. They gave no proposed reason for his escape. The workers seemed to all be extremely young, aloof, and apathetic. They also refused to give us the owner/manager's number so we could figure out what had happened.
