Worse experience ever. Every time you call you are placed on hold where you are lucky if they bother to get back to you. The vets do not call you back. Thay disregard your symptom list and their"exam" consists of looking at your pet from a distance. All they care about is money and could care less about your pet. Put them on medication unnecessarily and just rack up the bill! I was concerned about my dogs labored breathing and seizures caused by the medication given by them and wanted to bring him in under an emergency situation at 700am when they opened. They told me that there was an appt available at 1050 and there would be a wait because they were very busy. I was frantic and crying at which point the secretary stated I guess I could bring him in and put him on oxygen after sstating he might be dead by then. I could go on and on. POOR POOR POOR care. They are a disgrace to the profession. Pros: null Cons: null
