I have had nothing but good experiences with this management company. As for the grass mowing, they do it every 2 weeks where I live. I've heard him try to get in to some of the back yards to mow, but some people leave their dogs outside, and he can't do the yard with dogs in the yard. Do you have a dog ?My place was in really bad shape when they took over, but the new owners with the management company are doing all they can. Maybe your deposit was higher because as you said your credit wasn't good. You should be happy you got in. Did you think it would be quiet when your back fence is next to an apartment complex.Surely you saw that when you looked at the property. The neighbors are all so nice. The management company has made all repairs I've asked quickly. They may not answer my call immediately, but they return my call by the end of the next day.
