Review content:
On the surface, this presents as a wonderful, top quality salon, but after that, it goes downhill. We used to use their boarding service and shuttle, but after several instances of "forgetting" our pet at their resort, and finding the food, bed and toys we had left to be shuttled with our dog to the kennel still at the salon - so that our pet went without them the whole weekend, I am extremely disappointed. We had medication for our dog on one occasion that was "forgotten" by them and left at the salon the entire time.
Pros: Good quality pet food
Cons: Incompetent management of both salon and resort
