They have helped on small items (necklace repair), sentimental items (my father's watch) and have been simply some of the best people I have met as a consumer. In fact, I walked in off the street one Christmas and Mr. Kruger gave me a gift box and a nice ring box for a "funny" sentimental gift and did nothing but give me the box and say "thanks for stopping by". I will buy from them ANY time I have jewelry need and with a serious girlfriend that could be sooner than I expected.
Pros: Mr. Kruger & Staff!
