I was browsing the web and came across the 1 star review about all american. I would like to comment about the staff and service that they provide. It just so happens that I was there that day picking up my jeep, and the lady that the gentleman was referring to happens to be Karen the owners wife. They were very busy that afternoon. The front counter help were all assisting other people, and Karen was passing through the office and tried to help the gentlemen out. From my perspective I did not feel that Karen was rude. My first visit to this shop was over 10 years ago. From my first visit they showed me was true customer service is and still after 10 years perform as well if not better than my first visit. It is too bad that the gentleman did not have the time to find out what a wonderful family All American is.
