I had Natasha today and it was great. She knows how to read my body like a book and knows exactly where my body needs more work. I participated in a race Saturday and walked into the clinic like the Tin Man (muscles stiff from head to toe), after Natasha did her magic I could practically do back flips into the parking lot.
