We regret buying from this place. They lie and give you the run around every time. Right now they are still holding our bike hostage. The owner Harry is a liar and is full of BS. THEY STILL HAVEN'T work on our bike and its been two weeks to fix something they had cause. All the staff know nothing about bikes and neither does Harry. All he know is how to lie steal and cheat from us. I wish we didn't buy from this shady place. The police should shut this place down. Oh yeah, now we are afraid of crashing our bike because of their shoddy work. It's such frustration calling and going to the shop to get answer from the owner Harry. If you want the stress and getting a piece of crap of a bike, then go to Fast Lane. Too late for us, we still have to deal with them. By the way the staff is always on the net to write 5 star reviews for themselves instead of working on bikes...oh yeah...they know nothing about bikes so may be its better they Don't work on bikes. Please stay away from Fast lane cycles .
