Started making appointments with Lucy based on a referral & she was great- friendly & talented. Soon after I would come in for Lucy as planned & they would assign her to a new client mid appointment. Four separate people worked on me in one visit...that I scheduled as a standing 2 week client. I continued to go due to the decent prices & convienent location near my home. It soon became I'd make an appointment for Lucy & be passed off to the manager when I walked thru the door (or so she seemed like the manager). Either way I wasn't happy. I stopped going to the location. Fast forward 6 months later I gave it another try. Asked for Lucy. Manager girl comes to say hi to my child & say I'm her client (still dont know her name). I repeated my request- to which they did not listen. So I walked out with an appointment I had no intention of attending. I would give 0 stars but price & Lucy got Nail Cafe 2...I am nice like that. Luckily, I walked into a random salon & I will now be going there as a standing client...their loss.
