My fiancé had a horrible experience with these people! They are very rude! We went up there on a Saturday and the woman there basically told us to leave cause we she was busy. Plus I left work early so we could go up there since they have bankers hours, we wanted to wait until she could help us and she cont to tell us to come back at another time! Once we finally got help from another agent a few days later they cont to push us into a honeymoon package we did not want. They did not listen to our requests and we missed out on the room we wanted due to the whole process being dragged out for over 2 weeks! And to make matters worse when I called the agent to tell them we would not be needing their services anymore he was very rude and hung up on me! I would not recommend them to anyone! Very poor service and unprofessional at this agency!
