So if you buy their warranty and it breaks, you never get the new upgraded model.
So if you buy something on sale, they wont give you a new one, the most you will get is a refund for the product and no refund for the overpriced warranty.
Most warrantys now days give you a new upgraded item if yours fails.
Not Best Buy, no wonder they are on the verge bankrupcy.
