My name is Constance Coleman , I have a 2008 ford escape limited edition . I was very pleased with my truck until a pipe was hanging off from under neath . I got the truck in July of 2011 , I didn't think to crawl under the car ,only to see every thing was rusted .We haven't had much snow so I know it was like this when I got it . I feel like I was dooped or I went to Joe's used car lot where you get ripped off , not West herr ford . This is my 3rd car I got from you guys , just thought I'd let you know ,before I face book and tweet to eveyone I know and the hospital I work at beware of West herr ford.
