Riley did my highlights and she did a fantastic job. She was friendly and social and everything I expected and more. Michelle did my wash/blow dry style. When taking out the foil, she said "I don't think this is done, I'm going to have Riley check this". This made me extremely nervous. Riley said it was done. When she took the foil out, she said, "this is interesting" which scared me even more. (The color actually turned out great!) Then when I went to be blown dry, I told her I wanted my hair curled (I had also told them this at the time of booking because I figured it would take more time.) She said she had no record of that and that would take her way more than the 15 minutes she was alloted. She ended up doing it and my hair looked great, but she had a very negative energy and I would prefer not to go to her again.
