I have always had a great experience at your salon with my massages, but this time it was different. When I was led back to the area where I change, the robes and shoes in the lockers were all dirty, mine actually had a used tissue in it, which is pretty disgusting. Also the showers were out of order, therefore I could not take a shower and they did not have the foot soak (which is one reason I get my massages here), I understand that part was out of your control. Also, my massage was not very good at all. I put on the sheet that I have a terrible lower back and to focus on it, I also told her, but she did not massage my lower back at all. She also barely put any pressure on me, it was not the best massage. Like I said I usually have a great experience, but definetly not this time.
