I was very sorry 3 folks were ill on the day of my appointment during Christmas week. I hope they are much better now. I was given to a really new beautician who is a lovely person. However, she naturally has much to learn in finer cuts etc. This didn't work out very well for me though. I appreciate her time and effort and know she will succeed. My disappointment for an extremely important time in my holidays because my husband came home after working out of town for several months and we took a Christmas trip with many dressy times. Therefore, my hair was a disappointment and not up to your salon's successful vision.
