but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

You and your office do a great job, are efficient and curteous when I call with a specific need and I have confidence that my needs will be addressed. That is the very reason that you have been our family's agent for ages, to the point where even though I no longer live hours away from your actual office, I prefer to keep my policies going through you and your group and not a new local agent.
