Review content:
Philly diner is your general... run of the mill... slightly overpriced diner. It continues to be a fairly popular place to eat... despite obvious flaws. One thing this diner has going for it is a nice selection of take-out cakes in a bakery case near the register. The waitresses are friendly... the coffee is hot. Not a bad place to have lunch, but not nearly the best. With a little effort on the part of the management, this diner has the potential to come a long way!
