This has been a horrible experience for both my daughter and I dealing with this company. My daughter took off work to attend this course, she was there waiting at the location. The teacher pulled in the parking lot, looked around, did not get out of the car, and drove away. When my daughter called to inquire about the class, the woman said the teacher reported that no one was there, so he cancelled class!!!! So she lost out on her pay from her job, and the time wasted waiting there for the teacher. When I called about why the teacher did not even get out of his car to go in the building, all they would say is I can give you a refund, no apology or explanation...Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!
