I have gone to Ritz Photo several times hoping that that the photo quality and customer service would improve. Well, it hasn't. The staff is not helpful and is more focused on upselling you to their online photo service (which is awful) then they are at making sure your photo quality/shopping experience is good. They upsold me one time on their 'photo fixes' which made the pictures look worse then when I printed them through Kodak. The one plus here is that Kodak allows you to send photos to their store. The downside to that is that they are WAY MORE expensive. CVS is cheaper and photo quality is better. BUYER BEWARE.
Pros: You can send photos through Ofoto (kodak) there.
Cons: Everthing else.
