Well, being who I am I thought my appointment was at 2:45 and it was at 3:45. Buy they were so nice about it and were actually able to get me in a little early. I think any time a woman goes to a salon or any place for that matter, for the first time, we tend to look for anything we can judge. And I'm sure I could find something if I tried. But when it comes down to it, the only thing that matters really is how did you like your hair. Crystal did exactly what I asked her to. My hair looks exactly the color I wanted it to. And I don't think that's ever actually happened before. They know what they're doing. 5 stars. If there were six stars I'd give six. I'll definitely go back.
