Review content:
I am not sure if it is naturally inherent in all dry cleaning businesses or just certain ones... I had this beautiful sequin beaded formal dress that I wanted to keep for sentimental reasons. It said dry clean only on it. Which implies it cannot be machine washed at home. So, I take it to the dry cleaners to be cleaned. They warn me, well, it is a special handle case, and there is a possibility that it will be ruined and please sign here you are aware of it... At this point I am wondering, why do I need to sign a waiver releasing them of liaibility in the event of damage. But to get the job done, I sign it. I figure it's a standard procedure... Well, the obvious happened, it was permanently ruined... and they would not accept any responsibility because I signed the waiver and STILL charged me!!! Needless to say they lost ALL of my business! I have not stepped back in there once since!
