I bought a ferret 8/28/05 and all the recommended supplies! Now she is going bald. A week after I purchased her she was sneezing and now she is going bald. I was given no guarantee like I should have been and never got a receipt! I got the guarantee yesterday 9/26/05 now they are refusing to give me my money back or replace her. I took her in to the pet store and they said it is obviously not regular shedding and that there is no skin irritation. They are horrible and I would never purchase anything there ever again. What if you spend 600 dollars on one of their puppies and it gets sick 3 weeks later. If the dog has a disease are you responsible? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
