Review content:
Lots of selection but not displayed well at all. You have to be willing to pick through like it is an end of the year sale. Sales people are over bearing or completely ignore you. Ordered one dress in the wrong color and blammed the wedding party-even though the store wrote their order slip. Charged one bridesmaid too much for her dress and shoes and forgot to give another bridesmaid everything that was ordered so she had to make an additional trip out to the store. The prices are slightly less than some better known stores (the dresses I ordered ended up being about $15 less) but saving a few dollars isn't worth the hassle it has been. Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with extra annoyances like this.
Pros: Lots of selection, slightly less expensive
Cons: Ditzy sales staff-no attention to detail and not professional, OTP, store displays messy and not very appealing
