BE WARE!!!! This is the WORST Apartment in Midtown!!!! I was looking for an affordable apartment in the midtown area and also wanted a magnificent view. 710 Peachtree was the cheapest thing in midtown so by default I gave it a try. BIG MISTAKE!!! Living in this apartment is worst than being in college and living in a dormitory! There's a HUGE pest problem (you can see tiny ones and big ones all over the place), bad plumbing (they're always working on it- sometimes I wake up in the morning and the water is either all cold or wont work at all), the air conditioning stops chilling occasionally, and there are neighbors who let there dogs waste all over the property (inside and out). In addition, the bathrooms have poor ventilation, the precipitation causes mold build up on the ceiling and the only thing they do when you complain is paint over it! The icing on the cake is that some one is always in my freakin apartment doing some type of inspection, this place has way too many issues! Just 2 weeks ago they had to do a fire inspection because some of their equipment wasn't up to date, this week its the plumbing. And they only give you a days notice! This apartment complex constantly goes through new management . I haven't even been here for a year and there has already been a change in management. I was talking to one of my neighbors who has been here for 4 years and she said that this happens almost every year. I was sharing some of my apartment issues and found out that they are more common than I thought. So spare yourself the head ache and live somewhere else!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
