Review content:
When my Jeep left a huge green puddle underneath, I was in a panic. I had an eight month old baby in the car with me and knew the situation couldn't be good. Fortunately, I had noted R & M COLLISION was nearby. We were new to the area having moved here from South Carolina just a month before.
I pulled in and asked the mechanic if he could look at it. He did and promptly informed me that my water pump needed replacing. I asked how soon he could get to it and he replied he was booked solid for the next week. The sign of a great mechanic, but no help to me at the time. He immediately called a friend (also a licensed mechanic) and made arrangements for me to take the car there. He then filled my system with coolant to make sure I made it there safely.
When I asked him how much I owed him ~ he said "Nothing".
I have been going to John with all my automotive needs and have never been disappointed. He is fair, honest and very reasonable.
Hope you will call on John and Eddie and the gang next time you need work done.
