I've been to the Attias Flea Market a few times and have always found a good deal here. There is a wide variety of merchandise - you can find just about anything you need here. There are plenty of jewelry stations, so if you're looking for a particular style bracelet, you can shop around to find the best deal and some vendors may even match another's price. Best deals on jewelry can be had if you pay cash. They also have some very nice christening and communion outfits for the little ones if you're in the market for that. I highly recommend the Attias Flea Market.
