Review content:
Contract was signed in August 2007 and we still do not have a passed final inspection. Enclosure has been inspected three times and failed each time. Total lack of customer service. Subcontractor hired by AAble for concrete footer was inferior and was totally unsupervised. Not one time in all these months has the company called us to discuss the problems or to advise what/when they are correcting problems. Only communication is after leaving numerous messages and threatening litigation. Installation crew was sloppy, never cleaned the work area and left aluminum shards (very sharp) scattered all over the yard and pool deck. Dropped screws and aluminum in the pool and never offered to remove. The only time we ever saw the owner was when he came to get the contract signed and then when he came to collect his payments. I would advise anyone considering this company to sign with any of their competition.
